PRIMARY BOOKING POLICY “ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION”
Guests will have up to 2 hours after completing their booking to submit alterations or cancellation without any penalties, regardless of time started below.

MORE THAN 30 (THIRTY) DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE / 100% REFUND NO FEES
A guest can cancel their booking, no questions asked, for a 100% refund of any/all booking charges. Simply provide us with written notice of desired cancellation to ‘[email protected]’ more than 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date.
LESS THAN 30 (THIRTY) DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE / REFUND NOT APPLICABLE
If a guest cancels their booking within less than 30 (thirty) days of their check-in date, no refund will be granted. Guests are able to modify their booking subject to the clauses below.
Modification of the booking dates with Roomerang.
You can modify the dates of your booking with written notice, under the following conditions:
MORE THAN 7 (SEVEN) DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE*
If you provide us a written notice to ‘[email protected]’, more than 7 (seven) days before your check-in date, no charges will be incurred. We will modify your reservation and refund you the difference if applicable.
3 to 7 (THREE TO SEVEN) DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE*
If you provide us a written notice to ‘[email protected]’, 3 to 7 days prior your check-in date, if your new booking dates requested are for less nights than the original booking, we will refund you 50% of the difference in reservation costs.
LESS THAN 3 (THREE) DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE*
Alteration can be made, but no refund for difference of cost will be granted.
* Please note that the new dates are subject to availability and the nightly rates can differ to those you booked prior.
All email notifications are deemed to be received by Roomerang as at the local time and date in Melbourne, Australia (GMT+10) when it enters Roomerang’s information system.
3% NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE ON ALL BOOKINGS PLATFORMS (AIRBNB NOT INCLUDED)
There is a non-refundable 3% administrative service charge for all transactions on all booking platforms (Airbnb not included). At point of cancellation, the refund will be issued less service charges (3%). Fees and charges relating to insufficient funds at time of debit will be also be passed onto you.
Refunds typically take 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) business days. In some circumstances, it may take longer than 10 (ten) business days, dependent on the recipient bank.
Roomerang reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify or remove portions of this Cancellation and Alteration Policy from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately for new bookings upon its publishing on the website. The amended Policy will not be applied retrospectively for existing bookings.
This Cancellation and Alteration Policy should be reviewed periodically so that you are updated on any changes.
